REMINDER: Adjusted Timeline for Kicker Classic B Meet at NA HS hosted by NAAC Sunday Feb 12, 2012
We have included here warm-up, start and finish time schedules for both sessions. There is still some time between the predicted end of session one and the start of the next warm-up (30 min +/-) to allow for officials, coaches, and volunteers to eat, use the restrooms, etc, etc and to not have families who are at the meet for multiple sessions here for longer than need be.
Please note that we will be doing fly-over starts for the second session when possible.
PLEASE inform your swim families, assistants, volunteers, etc of the updated times!!

Session Start 1:05pm Projected Finish 5pm (with flyover starts)
We are sponsoring a Shoe Drive for this meet, and will be collecting new or lightly used shoe donations in the lobby. Please bring any new or lightly-used shoes to donate to someone in need.
We will be selling heat sheets at the door for the entire meet ($5).
Deck entries will be accepted into empty lanes ($5 per individual event, $10 relays) - we will not create new heats for deck entries. Psych sheets are attached for posting.
Coaches and Officials hospitality will be in the equipment room at the far end of the pool with Romeo's pizza as our sponsor, and NAAC concessions will be open for the entirety of the meet in the lobby, along with the Kast-a-way swim wear area.
Please review with your athletes:
BULLPEN: The bullpen will be located in the wrestling room located through the doors to the right of the pool entry (room is on the left down the hall). This area will also be open for parents and swimmers to relax during the meet. Please
NO FOOD OR DRINK is allowed on the mats. We ask that coaches go over bullpen procedures with their athletes so that the athletes know what to expect when they get into the bullpen. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms, or locker rooms, per USA Swimming. Please assign a volunteer or coach to tidy-up your team area at the conclusion of the meet.
