Hello team,

We understand that you may be having issues using the Active.com meet sign up procedure. We are having issues too, as this company tries to perfect this online service. We are committed to using this for the 2011-12 season, so we will try our best to work through any issues we have control over.

Here are some suggestions to help get through the process as it is being worked:

Sometimes error messages occur for various reasons. Here are a few things that have worked for some people to get through them.

1. If you get a message like: We were unable to display the page you requested. Reasons for this may include: The web address you requested may be incomplete or invalid. Check the address and try again

This seems to happen when they are doing updates to the system. We have found that if you go back later it will work.

2. If you log in and it does not list your swimmer on the drop down menu, if you use your swimmers USA ID number this will work. The emails sent out to register are now listing your swimmers USA ID number, which is your swimmers 6-digit birth date, the first 3 letters of their first name, their middle initial, and the last 4 letters of their last name. So Coach John D. Coffman’s USA # looks like this: 071271JOHDCOFF. If you would ever need our club code, it is NAAC-OH.

3. If you log in or try to and it does not recognize you...or you get a message that you do not have an account. Create a new account using the same email address... For some reason this works I do not know why wish I did!

4. You do not receive the email inviting you to sign up for the meet... Contact marthagrodesky@gmail.com We will list on the website home page from now on the date these email invites are sent so you can look for them.
