Registration for the 2011-2012 season is open for new members
All New members must do an evaluation swim. Please contact Stephanie Donley to find out available evaluation times.
We are using an on-line registration process. Each family will establish an account which will let them monitor their payments, meet entries, and any other charges to their accounts.

The practice schedule can change based on final size of groups etc you will be informed if any changes are made.

- Cyclone and High School Groups begin continue lifting/dryland at NAHS through out the summer

- Tsunami, Waves, Ripples, Junior Ripples,Breakers begin practice the week of September 26th
Registration Rules!
- You will be assigned to a training group after your evaluation swim.

- The registration and training group fee will remain the same even if you cannot attend all the practices due to a schedule conflict.
- A two week trial period for new swimmers begins on the first day their particular training group is scheduled in the water.

- Once you fill out the family information, you will have the option of adding as many swimmers as your family has on the team. You will not need to re-enter the family and payment information for each child.
- Payments will now be made online through your family account. We will accept Visa and Mastercard Credit or Debit, echecks, debit from savings or checking accounts. You will be asked for that information at registration.
- Training fees can be paid in full at registration or split into monthly installments, with just the deposit up front. Meet entry fees and other incidentals will be billed at the time of occurrence.
- Monthly payments will be collected on the 15th of each month, beginning in August. Jr. Ripples, Ripples, Waves and Tsunami can split up their training fees into 7 installments with fees collected monthly, August-February. Any additional charges that occur after February’s billing date (meet entries, caps, banquet, etc.) will be collected in March. Swimmers that train year round will be billed in 11 monthly installments.
- All meet entries, caps, clinics, t-shirts, etc. will be charged to your account. Payment will occur by whatever method you set up at registration to pay your training fees.

- There is a registration button on the registration page of the NAAC website, just click that and you will be able to sign up. Please be sure to sign up for the training group that you are currently in. If any changes occur and your athlete is moved to a new group, we will adjust the fees in your account.
- We will be providing a payment schedule to you via email, for those that are paying monthly, so you will know when and how much will be collected each month. This new system will help us stay on schedule for these collections.

Registration Agreement
In consideration of the acceptance of my child to participate as a member with the New Albany Aquatics Club (“NAAC”) I agree that I will be personally responsible to NAAC for any training, meet entry or other fees that are incurred while my child is a member of the team. I agree that, if there is an outstanding balance still due in the case my swimmer chooses to discontinue swimming with NAAC before the end of the 2010-2011 season, NAAC will charge that outstanding balance to the credit card that I have placed on file. I also agree to keep a valid and effective credit card number on file at all times after I register for NAAC. I agree that, even if I fail to keep a valid and effective credit card number on file, I am still obliged pay all training, meet entry and other fees that have been charged to my account. I further agree that a $100 registration fee must be paid by credit card before my registration for NAAC will be accepted and I understand that the registration fee is not refundable or transferable
Cancellation Policy
I agree that by registering my child to train with New Albany Aquatics Club (“NAAC”),I am obliged to pay the training fee for the group my swimmer is placed in. I acknowledge that I am entitled to cancel my participation in NAAC up to but not later than 14 days after the first published training session for this child's group, as indicated on the NAAC website. If I do so, I will not be responsible for paying the assigned training fees. However, I agree that, even if I cancel my swimmer’s participation in NAAC, the registration fee is not refundable or transferable and the funds that I have paid as of the date of my cancellation are not refundable to me. I further agree that if I do not cancel my participation in NAAC by the 14th day of the published training season, I am obligated to pay in full the training fee for the group my swimmer was assigned to.
